Stuck on connecting

what version of windows are you running?

do you connect to the router using wireless or an ethernet cable?

can you post a pic of the windows taskmanager/processes tab (in win7) or taskmanager/details tab (win8). right-clik on taskbar to access taskmanager
if the pic won't post here then use a pic hosting site and post the link here.

do you use the same pc at work?

at this point i suspect it's another app that might be interfering
