pw error

I can't seem to get connected, I have entered all fields and double checked for typos, tripple checked the PW field but I still get the error message.

What could I be doing wrong?

ok stratch that

different problem, I can't hear anything now that I am logged on, I see the chat icon but no sound

Has the server you're connecting to been converted to use the Speex codec?

If not, you'll be unable to transmit or receive.
