While keeping the Hardware Input Mixer (Optional) > Mixer set to None, have you tried to run through each Device that you just now listed one by one? Change the Input Device to a different Device and click OK. Once you have done that, you can try to talk on your server or simply open the Setup menu again to utilize the Test feature.
