The Problem: Ventrillo only works when it is the active window.
I've got the Universal Access enabled, it works just fine - just not actually in game (WoW), or if it's not the active window on top of the desktop. I've reinstalled, restarted, done everything I can think of and find to make it work. Ideas?? |

I am having the exact same issue, works fine when it's the active window, will not work if I have any other window active (like right now none of my buddies can hear me).
Please help! |

Try mapping the PTT to the command key on the keyboard.

Same here. Not finding a solution for this. I haven't tried mapping the PTT to the command key because everything else I use on MAC would also use the Command key..
I think the idea for PTT is to map it to a key that is hardly used or would not be used by whatever application you have in the foreground. Help Documentation states: Use Direct Input to detect Hotkey" enabled if you want to use multiple buttons. However, on the MAC Client I cannot find this option I am supposed to enable. It doesn't exist or I am blind. |

Macs don't use DirectInput, thus it's not there.

I was suggesting using the Command Key as a temporary test to see if it made any difference.
