Generic Defaults

On my server, It would greatly help the admins to get on 1 page if we could change the servers Generic User. I know you can save a template, but it goes onto your computer. Not onto the server.
If there is already a way to do this then great, could someone give me a tutorial?
If there is a way to implement it at a later date I suggest doing it. Link it to "Edit Ranks" ability and they will be able to edit the Generic's.
