Is there a way I can lower the volume/levels of individuals that are too loud for me?

Yes, right click the user, go to Misc. Choose Special Effects. You will see Volume, Add it and then lower or raise as you would like.

you can also set the following which will control all users connected without having to do each individual user.

Average users will probably come in somewhere around -25 to -15, with the occaisional few being really q[/FONT][FONT=Verdana]uiet, which is why I have this set so low. [/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana]Mostly just deals with processing; with computer and digital processors they can look ahead a few milliseconds to see what needs to be dropped in volume or changed before it actually comes through the speakers. Highest is ideal.[/FONT]
