Default Vent(3.0.4) crahses on Vista 64

Link to error: http://i102.photobucket.com/albums/m98/hylaar/venterror.jpg

Upgraded XP to Vista64 recently, downloaded the new Vent version 3.0.4.
Using on board sound for Asus P5N-D motherboard. Updated drivers, uninstalled vent, downloaded vent 3.0.4 again and it keeps crashing immediately. Tried to Run as Administrator, same error, crashing immediately.

Recently removed a Creative SB0460 sound card, not sure if that would have anything to do with it.

Thanks for your advice in advance.. starting to run out of ideas.

try installing the 32bit release and see if the problem remains.

btw the 64bit version was crashing my vista 64 too. So i switched to 32bit client and crashes went away.

I'm now testing to see if the 32bit 3.0.4 is crashing my system. So had it installed last night crashed last night. And today, if I can go stable for a few days with 3.0.1. Then it was 3.0.4 that crashed my system 32bit or 64bit both cause a crash.

Vista 64bit
