forgot my password

ive forgot my admin password for a friends ventrilo, and he hasnt bin on for 19 days(checked his xfire)
i was wondering if there's anyway i can recover my password?
i remember bits of the password and i remember the full login name
the server was bought on gameservers.com

you will to contact the person that created your account or another person will full server admin to reset your password.
