Default Problem with Ventrilo Server

Hi, i'm Alex, I am network administrator and I have install Ventrilo on one of my server. I have create users in ventrilo and I have applied the good rights on all my users. mic and speakers are not on mute, they can transmit in option, no option to not transmit or not ear, no bad check case enable, etc. (sorry I have read a lot about the problem before posting here). I installed the server, setted right and password, etc, all is good. In the first 15 minutes, I tested connexions, tryed to speak, with differents accounts, all is good, all is in function and work good. after 15 minutes, the other users log in my server and now shitt happen, when I press on PTT, I see on the server I have push on ptt but when I press, Icon not appear again green like fifteen min age, it always appear yellow, and not just for me, for the other users too, on each time they try to speak, the icon is yelloy and nobody can hear them. I seen all of the parameters of the server, application, etc and nothing is supposed to entrave the voice, mute, etc.

Do I have to do a special configuration in .ini ? or other file ? Why it's alway yellow ?

Thank you for your answer and support.

Cordially

Default

did you create any sub-channels and then set permissions on that channel?

rt-clik on channel name > channel admin > edit

did you setup the server for 'silent lobby' in the server INI file?
