press Setup button: program crash

Every time I press the Setup button Ventrillo dies. If I lauch the program and press "Setup" it just dies. If I'm connected to a Vent server and press "Setup" it will either die or give me a 'report this to Microsoft' window.

Is anyone else having this issue? It started with 3.0.0 and continues with 3.0.1.

EDIT: I am running WinXP and have an SB Audigy 2 sound card.

cant say i have. Sorry but i dont have any info with this problem. it has never happened to me.

but-
when you upgrade from old ventrilo ( forgot the version ) to ventrilo 3.0. did you uninstall first? then Download the new one.

Try-
To Uninstall ur ventrilo and then re-download, then install

The upgrade to 3.0.0 (and 3.0.1) did uninstall the old version before installing the new.

Yes, I have manually uninstalled Vent and then performed a "fresh" install, but still when I click the "Setup" button the program dies.

What was your "hotkey" for voicing in the previous client version?
