The date for the new client type for macs

Um, Im a bit new to ventrilo. But anyways I just want to know when the mac 3.0.1 client is being releasd. Im doing a dev work on some Graal online servers and its hard to communicate without vent. Thanks.

The Version 3.0.0 client should work for you.

Im on a vent server that is 3.0.2 and I need 3.0.1

Pretty sure the Mac 3.0 client works on 3.0.2 servers, for me at least.

Yep, 3.0 is all you need.

It does work, but keep in mind if someone is admining using 3.0, they may not see the changes for the features in the server 3.0.2 For e.g. when I am helping clients, I do not see the GUEST setting in the admin tools from within the Ven client.

So while it works, yes, it is important that us Mac users do get the update asap.

BTW - Awesome upgrade, and very well done! Kudo's to the Vent team!

not sure what you mean by the Guest setting? the MAC client does show the Guest tag. But the update has the setting under View when you right click.

I am running the Mac client version 3.0 When I right click and go to VIEW there is nothing in the list to do with GUEST settings at all.

3.0.1 for Mac hasn't been released yet.
