Vista and Overlay support

I have added instructions to the overlay page on how to enable the Overlay on Windows Vista.

BTW: Got some cool things related to overlay support in the next client update.

Apparently this wasn't enough to make it work properly. The Overlay seems to go blank or doesn't update at all.

We hope to have this solved before the next client update.
