ventrilo blocks

hellow im a user from ventrilo but i have some problems whit it evry time many people come online on ventrilo like 10 peeps it blocks and i can't hear the people my ping goes high to 20k and then it blocks . only when 5 ore 4 people are online i can hear them and dont blocks.

i have no idea what problem you are trying convey.
please try describing differently.
