Setting up a server?

I run a os 10.4.9, and i have installed vent. i just have no idea how to set up a server for my guild on WoW. i am pretty new to this stuff. can anyone help? ill answer any questions i can.

Before going into instructions, do you realize the personal server is limited to 8 users?

As Flagship indicated, if you need more than 8 connections, you'll want to rent a server from one the Ventrilo hosting providers. I recommend typefrag.com or nationvoice.com.
