Push-to-talk hotkey not working while in other windows

OK, I'm having problems with my push to talk hotkey working while I am in the WoW window(fullscreen). because of this, I ussually have the window minimized and when i want to talk I have to click to the vent window.

Anyone know how to fix this??

(Getting a mic is not an option because I'm broke atm :P )

EDIT: Ok I looked in the sticky and enabled assistive devices, and it works now
