i dont have a router i have windows firewall and a sygate firewall and i have dsl internet speed bout 768k

i put just the ip i got from ipchicken and deleted the rest

what wade provided is what you are asking for... what is needed to allow people to connect.

setup the server internally and try to connect to the server using the internal ip. if you can not, then there is a problem internally. once you can connect internally, then work on allowing outside people to connect, which usually means setting up port forwarding on the router. then you can use [url]www.ventrilo.com/status.php[/url] to check if it can be contacted.
