New router, cannot connect to certain servers! HELP ASAP please - Page 2

would it be possible to hook up your old router just to see if you can get connected?

if you can and it works then we know the problem is with the new router.

I suggest calling xfinity and have them try to telnet to the server from their end. we recently had a couple posters with the same problem and their ISP had to make some changes on their end.
