Installing not on a PC, but on a Webhost??

I have a Web Host, 1 and 1, and I would like to know is it possible to install Ventrilo Server on such a service. I can't seem to find any posts for such a thing. Everything talks about installing on a physical PC.

It's possible if:

1) You have full SSH access to your host

2) Nobody else is running anything on that server on port 3784

3) Your web hosts permits you to run a server (most do not)
