How do I transfer VRF to WMM?

I'm wanting to upload this very funny ventrilo recording I got, but I need to convert the file into wmm. I will be giving ventrilo credit in the description obviously.

starting with vent version 3.0.4 there is an 'export' feature that will convert the vrf to a standard wave file. from there you can convert it to any format available.

the export button is located in the recording function.
