This msg appears every time I want to do an action : private chat, record...

check these type apps for any settings that might prevent a popup window:

firewall/virus/spyware/malware

try setting Vent to ‘Run As Administrator’ (rt-click the icon / properties / compatibility tab / privilege level) or (rt-click the icon and select 'Run as Adminitrator')
