WOW and MAC OSX Yosemite issues

I open Ventrillo and can speak in PTT mode. If i disable PTT mode I can not speak.
If I open WOW as my main window I can hear but can not speak.
My key bind is not shard between wow and vent.
I have Voice Enabled in WOW.
I have done the below steps and it worked correctly one tip. when the USB mic was unplugged it went away. I have repeated the steps and it does not work again. I
I have uninstalled and reinstalled vent. Restarted the computer and nothing seems tp fix it.

Go to your Apple Menu...

Choose "System Preferences"...

Choose "Security & Privacy"...

Along the top of this window you will see 4 tabs or options. Choose the one that says, "Priva
Along the left hand side of this window, choose "Accessibility"....

Click the "Padlock" and enter your system password to make changes to this screen.

Once the password is entered successfully, put a checkmark by Ventrilo and World of Warcraft.

Close the window and your done.

Restart Ventrilo and World of Warcraft just to be sure. Make sure WoW is completely down before restarting it, just to make doubly sure. You may not have to do this last step, but it's better safe than sorry.
