what version of windows are you running?
do you connect to the router using wireless or an ethernet cable? can you post a pic of the windows taskmanager/processes tab (in win7) or taskmanager/details tab (win8). right-clik on taskbar to access taskmanager if the pic won't post here then use a pic hosting site and post the link here. ------------ do you use the same pc at work? at this point i suspect it's another app that might be interfering Last edited by Prog-Rocker; 03-27-2015 at 08:15 PM. |

It is a wireless laptop. It does the same thing at work and at home. Windows 7.

thx for the pic but I really need the processes tab info (with the 'show all users' box at bottom checked). also include the services tab, just incase there's something running that doesn't show in the process tab.
thx again i'll look thru both lists to see if I can identify anything the might interfere. also, do you know if the following types of software have recently been installed?
