I initiated a thread about a month ago detailing quirky behavior with push to talk and window focus with the mac client.

I'm not exactly sure what the root issue could be, but perhaps a beta build might take care of it. I'm hoping it's something as simple as a change in the assistive devices interface in one of the recent patches and perhaps a beta would be more current.
