I've never heard of the sensitivity reacting as you've seen so there might be some erronuous info given to vent. vent operates thru windows DirectX so let's start looking there.
in vent setup/voice-binds-speech tabs, set the output device name to sirius.
goto windows c-panel/sounds/playback & recording tabs and disable all unused devices:
rt-click in the window and select "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices" > rt-click on all unused devices and select "disable"
then select the mic > properties > enhancement tab > select 'disable all sound effects'
goto the advanced tab > select the same frequency as the sirius c-panel is using
after those steps can you post the following plz:
Start > Run
Dxdiag
Click the 'Save All' button
File is saved to the desktop as "DxDiag.txt"
Copy/paste the information (up to, and including, the [PS/2 Devices] section) to the forum. The information might have to be separated into multiple posts due to the maximum character limitation.
