If you are connecting to your own public IP address, then it is probably your (lousy) router not supporting loopback connections. Connect to your own LAN IP instead.

This usually resolves my issue even at work. I am currently busy with the marketing promotion of Petstreetmall. There's an up to 30% discount on the dog crates, cat beds, and more.
