Yes, always running Ventrilo in admin mode.
Icon does indeed turn green with hitting PTT key.
It does have an app, "Sonic Studio", and I've attempted that, disabled all SFX/settings for a "stock"...

Long time ventrilo user. Running Windows 10, just recently added a sound card (ASUS Strix Soar) and a new headset (Sennheiser Game One), and I'm not getting any mic output in Vent.
