More than likely the issue is your integrated sound card...it's probably bleeding sound. Pop in a separate sound card and the issue will probably go away. A quick test would be to use the X-Fi card...

Certainly. Just uncheck "Use Push To Talk Hotkey" in SETUP and then fidget with your "Silence Time" and "Sensitivity" settings until it is tuned to your setup.

Get with a server admin. They didn't give you user enough permissions to see people, hear people or even talk. They need to go through the User Editor and grant you the proper privs.
