4.0.3 - Compression SFX causes stutter

Updated to 4.0.3, now all transmissions end with a stutter, repeating the last sylable or so for a few seconds. Disabling Compressor in SFX fixes this.

I see nowhere to re-install the previous...

Small issue, but one that plagues me.

When placing a Phantom in a second channel, applying the Volume effect to a transmitting client in that second channel, nothing happens- the level remains...
