stuck at contacting server

my vent isn't working for some reason. it just stays at contacting server.

i've tried reinstalling completly and it did nothing. i restarted everything still nothing.

not sure if this matters...

ok i have tried everything to fix this problem. i uninstalled my torrent programs changed my pc's mac address and even my routers mac address and nothing has fixed this.

any one have a way to fix...
