Problem install

hi all
I have problem to install ventrilo,I use mac and I have download the version Ventrilo Client Mac OSX - 32bit - Universal binary .
I save it in document and I open the file.I continue the installation but it ask me a password !!!
I don't have problem to install ventrilo with my other computer but in that I use windows so I don't know what can be the problem .
I hope can you help me

What it's asking for is the Administrator password for your Mac.

You must enter the admin password to be able to install software. It's got nothing to do with Vent.
