Using Chrome 59.0 version. I guess its old one + using macos mojave. Yes getting error messages.

I have also faced same problem. Still the issue is not solved.

Have you tried using safari to download?

also check this:

MacOS Security Settings

Open system preferences
Open security & privacy
Click general

A message window was present concerning the app.
Click “allow” in the message window

also make sure that the following option is selected

"App store and identified developers"

Note: in order to make the change you might have to unlock the window by clicking on the padlock in the lower left corner.

Flagship Industries is a 'signed' identified developer.
