Default Ventrilo crashes during WoW play

This has been going on for as long as I can remember. While playing WoW on my Mac, while I'm in full screen or windowed mode, Ventrilo will crash at random. It's hard to predict when it will happen, it just kind of happens. It's not my network connection because it doesn't just disconnect me, it actually closes the program. I've tried reinstalling the client several times.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Try creating a new user account on your Mac, install Vent and run it. Let it sit open for a few hours while you surf the 'net or whatever.

If it crashes, you probably have a system wide Operating System related issue.

If it doesn't, then something installed in your main account (or the OS) is causing the issue and Vent crashing is a by-product.

Once the issue is narrowed down, then more troubleshooting can be done, like repairing disk permissions or booting from the Startup, using Disk Utility and Repair Disk.
