Vent voice changer

Is there a program that changes your voice to specific people such as Sarah Palin. I spoke to a few people and they said that there is an extension file but im not sure which program they use. I've spoken to the person that uses it and he wont even tell me. If anyone knows any good voice changing program with extenetions could you post them here? Alot of people in my vent and i need to prank them

there is those "Voice changer software" <-- Just google..

But those are REALLY crappy..

I want one to sound like a girl too :P
