Unhappy Can't hear key clicks

I recently got a driver error regarding my mic and vent, i manged to fix it by changing my Input Device settings. However, now i cant hear "key clicks" the sound you get when you press your PTT button.

Also, i cant hear the little tunes when i enter and exit a server. I've tried reinstalling and still the same.

Anyone had this and know how to fix it?

Running Windows 7 x64
2 gig RAM
DirectX 11

in vent setup/voice-binds-speech tabs, set the output device to the name of the speaker device you're using. also try checking/unchecking 'use directsound'

is the 'play keyclicks' button checked?

in vent setup/events tab, select an event then clik the 'play' button

Is your system sound configured for 5.1 or 7.1?
(XP - windows control-panel / sounds / click the ‘Advanced’ button in the ‘Speaker Settings’ section / speaker setup input box setting)
(Vista/Win7 – windows control-panel / sounds / Playback / select speaker device / ‘Configure’ button / Audio Channels)

If yes then:
Goto Vent setup/voice-binds-speech tabs / SFX button / Directional / Add “Front Left & Right 5.1 (or 7.1)”
