Default MAC GSM/Spexx

Does it cost anything to change a ventrillo protocol from GSM to spexx ? I heared so from an admin and i'm not sure if he want to make money from me as i am the only mac user in a guild or it is just pure truth.

Let me know please,

Rob

Depends on the hosting company. But most likely the answer would be no, it doesn't cost anything.

He was talking about per-channel codecs, not the global server codec.

GSM codecs will not be available for the Mac unless Apple adds it.
