Default Peerblock Question

I'm running Windows 7 and have had Ventrilo for years. Recently i started to get disconnected for like 10 seconds then reconnected and my Peerblock is blocking a packet sniffing site ....

ServerBeach Emule Servers ~ P2P Fake File ~ 64.34.178.178:6100

Now this isn't while running p2p stuff. This is with just Ventrilo running and the only IP getting blocked is the one above. Why is Ventrilo trying to connect to this site and is it safe to allow that IP access since the name sounds very ominous.

Please Help Me

vent uses that port, 6100, on the first initial connection to a server. it is OK to allow. no files are transferred and the connection is not maintained as it is UDP.

that server might be co-located at a serverbeach datacenter, hence the name. it's probably being tagged as P2P because it's a UDP type connection but it's only a 1 time connection.
