Default Ventrilo doesn't accept valid IP address (IPv6)

So I set up my Ventrilo server on my linux machine, and, it seems to be
listening just fine:

tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:3784 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
udp 0 0 0.0.0.0:3784 0.0.0.0:*

However, there seems to be a problem with it not accepting connections
to the following addresses on my server:

owen.delong.sj.ca.uswen /home4/owen/ventrilo/ventsrv (106) % ip address list eth0
2: eth0: mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast qlen 1000
link/ether 00:1e:8c:5a:bc:51 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
inet 192.159.10.2/24 brd 192.159.10.255 scope global eth0

The above is OK, but, the following addresses don't seem to work:

inet6 2620:0:930::200:19/64 scope global
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
inet6 2001:470:1f00:3142::200:19/64 scope global
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
inet6 2620:0:930::200:18/64 scope global
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
inet6 2001:470:1f00:3142::200:18/64 scope global
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
inet6 2620:0:930::200:17/64 scope global
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
inet6 2001:470:1f00:3142::200:17/64 scope global
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
inet6 2620:0:930::400:16/64 scope global
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
inet6 2001:470:1f00:3142::400:16/64 scope global
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
inet6 2620:0:930::400:14/64 scope global
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
inet6 2001:470:1f00:3142::400:14/64 scope global
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
...

Quick test:
owen.delong.sj.ca.uswen /home4/owen/ventrilo/ventsrv (107) % telnet 192.159.10.2 3784
Trying 192.159.10.2...
Connected to 192.159.10.2.
Escape character is '^]'.
^]
telnet> quit
Connection closed.

Works fine...

owen.delong.sj.ca.uswen /home4/owen/ventrilo/ventsrv (108) % telnet 2620:0:930::200:2 3784
Trying 2620:0:930::200:2...
telnet: connect to address 2620:0:930::200:2: Connection refused

Listener appears to be present. Yes, I've checked iptables and ip6tables
and even tried turning them off. There's no packet blocking the latter
address.

Further, when I put the address 2620:0:930::200:2 into my Mac Client,
Vent claims that the address appears to be invalid. This is a perfectly valid
and fully routed IP address, so, I'm not sure what the issue is.

Thanks,

Owen
