hi, this is my first ventrilo server, my server is offline and my payment is ok, why is it offline?

please contact your hosting provider as your contract is with them. we have no access to their data.

i'm recompleted a form, and was banned(or deleted) -\
without reason....

go to your hosting companies web site ... scroll down and click on contact us .. send them an email explaning what went wrong and what you would like done. DO NOT give them information ( user name login ) because if they are the hosting company they should have this already. DO how ever have your credit card info that you started the account with available so that if they do contact you you can verify the last 4 numbers on the credit card.

but the best thing to do is CONTACT your hosting company and tell them you have a problem.

tell them what the problem is.

and how you want them to fix your problem. ( dont forget to add "if at all possible" they like that )
