World of warcraft PTT issues (I have followed other advice)

Hi guys, I still can't get vent to PTT when WOW is open and running and I am in the game. Whne it is windowed I can click on vent and PTT no problem. I have checked the correct box in Universal Access, and still not working

have you made sure the PTT key is not bound to an in-game function (keybindings)
