Default Downloading timestamp data

Is there any way to export the recording information (Time, Len, Stat, Name) to a text or spreadsheet file? My lab has been using Ventrilo to record audio communication for a research study we're doing, however we are now working to transcribe all of that data for coding and analysis and having to retype all of that information is quite burdensome and opens to a lot of room for user error.
If we could get this information into a .txt or .csv file it would make this effort so much easier.

Any help is much appreciated?

That must be a huge hassle typing each thing manually.
