Default Private user chat

Evening.

Is it possible to set some form of sound warning for when a user speaks to you via private, rather than the normal channel method?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Cheers!

How does one actually engage another user via private voice chat. Is it through the User (menu) -> Send Page function?
