iv been using ven for nearly 2 years now and had no probs un till about 4-5 weeks ago when i up graded my whole system to 64 bit pci e mobo i have tryed many things to try and sort the issue but with no joy.

first check your bandwidth:
http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ Make sure all drivers are up to date. Check your mobo's site for any updates for the bios and chipset. Since this started after you upgraded it might be a NIC setting that's interfering. try these adjustments to see if they might help. Lan Card Settings

does this only happen at certain times of the day? A lot of ISP's have been implementing traffic shaping protocols due the heavy use of Bit Torrent lately. You also might want to check your routers firmware to make sure it's up to date.

oly fire wall im using atm is windows sp2 fire wall and its all set up to aloow incoming and out going , my compie is not on a network i ahve a modem with 1.2g bb and was workig fine befor i up graded avage ping was 112-130
