I suspect his extremely low prices were part of the problem.

He could no longer financially run the business without sufficient revenue coming in.

We wont be lowering our price, for that. We enjoy the business and want to stay in it for a while.

Actually, vent.biz or whatever was the first website I visited and it was because the guy gave a detailed list with numbers and bullets.

It was a bit expensive so I decided to go with the lower price of all my selections and it had a much friendlier user panel than nrgservers.

(the funniest thing was i was with one of the sales reps, and he said he already sold 15 vent server things (like 4 hours ago), but he did try to respond and provide support to me).

(but hey, at least its working, they are cleaning up the place lol)

(no I didnt get their services, I went with typefrag instead, there wasnt much support, like just a form to fill out, but once I paid my money, I was able to log on and config my vent account instantly - low ping, fast Tracert's compared to some others I tested)

Glad WoW brought the # of raiding members down, I dont have to pay super high prices for a 50man server anymore, the only server I was willing to pay with the nrg price, but I guess thats why hes out of business... he probably loaded up on as many offers as possible before he pulled the plug and moved back to some country where he couldnt be hunted.

I cant help but laugh at all the accounts being created today by all the providers. Why just now create an account and begin helping potential customers here? I've seen several providers helping clients here many times in the past and those are the companies I would much rather give my money to! I've specifically seen Zach I believe from Nationvoice helping customers of other providers here for months now. Thats the kind of company I would give my buck to.

Donno, Im just glad the nationvoice tech support guy i talked to a few weeks ago told me that nrgservers wouldnt be around much longer. I was trying to decide to stay with nationvoice or try nrg since they were a few bucks cheaper.

I didnt really believe him at the time, but now I am glad that I decided to stay with nationvoice and that he told me that to keep me here..

Great support from nationvoice, already got 3 guilds from the online game i play who were nrg to move over to nationvoice with that handy 50% off coupon

lots from my game loggin into my vent tonite to check sound quality while they compare where to go since their nrg servers are shut down heh..
