Default Need Help: How to Drag Accounts, And play sound files through the computer

I have used the windows client awhile ago. On the Mac client I cannot figure out how to "drag" people from one channel to another or move them in anyway. Is this even possible on the mac client? Also, I am unsure as to how to play sound files/music directly over vent instead of going through the mic then into vent. I know this can be done. Once again, I am not sure if it can be done on the mac client. Please help! Thank you all for your time.

playing wave files via binds requires that those wav files be on the other client machines also.

2.3.2.Prototype.15:
Added support for “Move User To” popup menu function from main window. Temporary solution until Drag-and-Drop can be fully implemented.

Well, my old roommate used to play music over vent for some people, and had it set up so everyone could here it as well, and it wasn't going from his speakers through his mic, it was just directly playing over vent.
