If your server is a personal server, change it to this in ventrilo_srv.ini:

VoiceCodec = 3
VoiceFormat = 20

and restart the server.

If your server is professionally hosted, there should be an option in the web-based control panel they provide. If not, contact their support department and have them make the change and restart the server.

There is a support email address where the person who pays for the server can request the change. NRGServers are notorious for being non-responsive however, so don't be surprised if it takes quite a while to get it changed.

The only person that can make changes to the server configuration is the person who payed for it.
