cant ptt when in-game

I can run vent fine if i am in the vent window. if i select the wow window or am in game fullscreen, the ptt does not work. the ptt key is not bound in game....any ideas

Exit Vent
Goto - System Preferences -> Universal Access -> Enable access for assistive devices (turn it on)
Then restart Ventrilo
