Default Extensive Problems

I got my server admin to change it to Speex, but I still can not hear, or be heard by my team mates. I have tried fully deleting and re-installing, including deleting all preferences. Whenever I press the setup button, the client crashes. I don't get any error messages that would tell me what is wrong.

Any help is much appreciated.
