I'm sure it can, make sure you have the updated drivers & switch your Ventrilo clients input device to your logitech cam (if installed properly, it should show up, assuming the mic on it is connected...

It may be your sound card, if you have an older computer they get a little funky (or atleast I have issues with them). I would suggest picking up one of those $25 5.1 cards, they seem to last forever...

Ventrilo has a total of 39 codecs. Alot of people will debate which is better, Speex 32khz 10 quality or GSM 44khz. I personally like the speex codec better then the GSM.
