No, Prog-Rocker. In that case, only Admins would be able to unset the mute. Regular users have the ability to mute other users so they do not hear said person, but it does not affect anyone else....

Just a follow up, we went through and cleaned out the banlist of extraneous entries and it started working again. It is definitely the size of the banlist that was causing. Fairly certain it was over...

Our ban list has gotten too large. When we try to view it in the Server Admin > Banlist, it logs us off. The server remains on and the client does not crash, simply disconnects.
