Help me plz (cant hear anyone )

After connect Ive error msg list:
Failed to get encoder for specified Codec.
This client platform currently supports only the Speex codec. The server and/or channel is configured to use GSM 6.10 codec.

I used changes ( setup- GSM 6.10 to Speex ) but after pressing OK I got same (setup - GSM 6.10)
How can I change it? And is it right way?

You can't change it. Only the server admin can change it.
